Grace be unto you all and peace from God our Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ. In continuation of the series of epistles which we have written to you all concerning the millennial reign of Christ and His saints on the earth, this letter reveals the purposes of God during the thousand-year reign of Christ on the earth as KINGS OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS. Listed below are some of these purposes all of which God the Father will yet achieve when the times of restitution of all things is fully come.

  • To put down rebellion on earth, so that God may be all and all again as before rebellion by Lucifer and Adam (1 Corinth 15:24-28, Heb 2:7-9; Eph 1:10). This will be fully completed at the end of the millennium after which the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit will reign together throughout all eternity as before the rebellion of man through Adam. This also proves that rebellion and sin will continue on the earth until the second coming of Christ to quash all evil of men. There will be no peace on this earth until the appointed time of Christ's return when the Prince of Peace Himself shall come. We also know that there are some that speak of peace on the earth that shall come through some revival. This will not come to pass because the Lord has not spoken it. Again, until the Prince of Peace shall come, there shall be no peace on the earth, for what it already appointed shall be done.
  • To fulfill the everlasting covenants made with Abraham (Gen 12:3, 15, 17, 18:18, 22:18), Isaac (Gen 26), Jacob (Gen 28), David (2 Sam 7), and others (Matt 26:28, 2 Corinth 3:6-15, Heb 7; 8; 9; 10) - According to Gen 22:17-18, one of the promises that God made to Abraham was that in his seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed; and that his seed shall possess the gates of his enemies. We also understand plainly from Gal 3:16 that this seed of Abraham to whom the promises were made is Christ. The appointed time for these promises to be fulfilled is during the millennial reign of Christ on the earth at His second coming when every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is LORD to the glory of the Father. Then shall He literally possess the gates of His enemies when they shall be made His footstool, when the judgment shall sit and Satan's dominion on the earth shall be taken away.
  • To vindicate and avenge Christ and the saints (Matt 26:63-66, Rom 12:19, Psa 2, Isa 63, Rev 1:7; 6:9-11; 19:1-10; 1 Peter 1:10-12; 2 Tim 4:7-8, Rom 8:17-21).
  • To restore Israel and deliver them from the nations and make them the head of all nations forever (Acts 15:13-18, Matt 24:31, Isa 11:10-14, Ezek 20:33-44, Deut 28).
  • To exalt the saints of all ages to a kingly and priestly position according to the reward of the works they did in Christ(Rom 8:17-21; 14:10, 2 Corinth 5:10-11, Phil 3:20-21, Col 3:4, 1 Peter 1:10-13; 5:1-4, Rev 1:5; 2:26-27; 5:10; 11:15-18; 12:5; 20:4-6).
  • To judge the nations in righteousness and restore the earth to its rightful owners(Isa 2:2-4; 11:1-11, Matt 25:31-46, Dan 7:9-27).
  • To restore a righteous and an eternal government on the earth as originally planned (Isa 9:6-7; 11:1-9; 42:1-5, Dan 2:44-45; 7:13-27, Luke 1:32-33, Rev 11:15; 20:4-6; 22:4-5).

Peace be to you all. Maranatha.
